We warrant the chair to you against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary use for 3 years from the date of your original purchase from us.Below is the specific warranty details:

  • 30 Days: Guaranteed free exchange or full refund for any quality problem within 30 days after receiving the package. 
  • First Year: A free replacement of all chair parts or partial refund as compensation. No extra charge. 
  • Second Year: Cover partial replacements of the chair (Gas lift, mechanism and wheels). If the replacement of other accessories is requested, customers need to pay for it as well as the freight. 

NOT include:

  • Normal characteristics such as wear and tear on the fabric after long-time use. 
  • Intentional damage, accidental man-made wear-out or neglect such as stains, mold, cuts, burn, etc. 
  • Damage caused by improper use like weight that is over the maximum load bearing capacity; fading or discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight or chemicals such as bleach or household cleaning products. 

 *This limited warranty applies only to chairs purchased within the United States (including the lower 48 states, but excluding the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses that are outside of those named jurisdictions) (collectively, the “Territory").
